The apartment building is located in the very center of the picturesque village of Rattendorf, near the popular Nassfeld ski resort on the border between Austria and Italy. The building, equipped with an elevator, has a total of nine residential units. Parking spaces will be available in close proximity to the building. In summer, there is a space for storing bicycles; in winter, you can use the ski storage room equipped with boot dryers. Kitchens are equipped with Trachea brand kitchen units with built-in Whirlpool appliances, floors are heated and covered with RAKO Taurus ceramic tiles, bathrooms are tiled with large-format RAKO Cemento tiles and fitted with Ravak sanitary ware. The third bedroom is entered directly from the hallway. It has its own bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and it can be functionally separated from the rest of the apartment.
